3)     Viewing by others. Whenever you voluntarily provide NPPI through the use of our website, you have consented to that information and its content, being seen, collected and used by others. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized or improper use of the information that you voluntarily share (i.e., sharing a comment on a blog post, posting in a Facebook group that we manage, sharing details on a group coaching call, etc.). 

Additionally, if you provide The Church of Saint Martha with your email address, you may receive periodic email messages from us or the Diocese of Trenton providing information and updates about The Church of Saint Martha, our website, the Diocese of Trenton or notice of upcoming events and activities. 2)    Restrict processing if you think the information is inaccurate, unlawful, or no longer necessary.

3)    Be forgotten from our systems, meaning we will erase your NPPI from our databases. (You have the “right to be forgotten”).

4)    Change your preference regarding whether you consent to our use of your NPPI.

5)    Lodge a complaint if it is felt that any of your NPPI has been unlawfully used.

6)    Receive NPPI portability and transference to another controller without our hindrance.

7)    Object to our use of your information.

8)    Not be subject to an automated decision based solely on automatic processing, including profiling, which legally or significantly affects you.

What is Not Covered By This Privacy Policy

All clergy (deacons, priests and bishops), mental health professionals, educators and many employees of The Church of Saint Martha and the Diocese of Trenton are legally-mandated reporters of suspected sexual abuse, child abuse, child neglect and elder abuse. New Jersey law requires such mandated reporters to report possible instances of these offenses to law enforcement agencies and the appropriate state agency. Any disclosures of this nature are not covered by this privacy policy. A failure by The Church of Saint Martha to report these offenses will be deemed a crime of the fourth degree.

Requests by law enforcement agencies for information about site users deemed by The Church of Saint Martha legal counsel to be legitimate and not in violation of constitutional principles will be supplied to law enforcement agencies.

Any user of this site indicating, threatening, admitting to or representing an act in violation of the law on this website or through an e-mail link contained on this site will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
